Winter hiking in Baiersbronn: The Black Forest in winter is more accessible than the Alps. Beginners and experienced visitors will find their right trail.
Cross-country skiing: There are seven cross-country trails in Baiersbronn and even more on the Schwarzwaldhochstraße. Equipment can be rented as well as a teacher.
Seven lifts and a chairlift bring skiers and snowboarders to the slopes being located in Baiersbronn and the districts of Ruhestein, Vogelskopf, Klosterreichenbach and Zuflucht. The slopes are up to 1.000 metres long and partly equipped with flood lights.
The easy and medium slopes are especially suitable for beginners and families. Baiersbronn has already been awarded several times as a family-friendly place.
